Gary Bryan
Broker CRS, GRI, SFR

Gary has been awarded the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award for being in the top 1% & 2% of the National Berkshire Hathaway Sales since 2016. In 2023, Gary received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award for being in the top 0.5% in the Nation. Gary received the 15-year Legend Award for 15 years of receiving the Chairman's Circle Awards in 2022. Gary Bryan has a proven background for selling almost anything. After a very successful career at Bitterroot Motors, he joined his mother Cynthia Bryan in real estate. Gary received the “Rookie of the Year” award for 1995 and later the “Salesperson of the Year” for 1999 and 2002 from the Missoula County Association of Realtors. Gary offers over 35 years of experience in service-oriented sales. Gary learned the real estate business from a real pro, his mother Cynthia. Now a real estate specialist in his own right, Gary has earned the respect of clients and other industry professionals alike. Gary offers in-depth knowledge of new construction, land development, commercial sales, residential and relocation.  As a previous owner of the company, Gary was involved in the training of new agents and still helps with this to date. In 2010, Gary earned the SFR Certification from the National Association of Realtors. This recognizes his expertise in Short Sales and Foreclosures. Gary was a member of the Board of Directors for First Interstate Bank (2005-2011), which provided him with firsthand knowledge of the banking industry. Gary loves to golf and is a big fan of the Montana Grizzlies. Gary is a previous member of the Grizzly Roundball Club and current member of the Grizzly Quarterbacks Club. Gary has two children, Addie and Connor and two grandsons. Gary enjoys playing basketball, golf, and attending Grizzly football and basketball games.

Julie Bryan Birgenheier
Broker CRS, GRI, Transaction Coordinator

Julie Birgenheier has lived real estate nearly her whole life. She started filling in as secretary in middle school and later did the books during Dale Gillespie’s ownership. She was licensed in 1984 and has been working as a licensed agent  ever since. She was very involved when her mother Cynthia Bryan bought the business from Dale Gillespie. Julie brings 35 years of sales experience. She is a graduate of Paxson, Hellgate High School and the University of Montana with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She has raised her two children here in Missoula and is very proud to be a part of the community.  In addition to having her Brokers License and selling Julie is also the Closing Coordinator on all pending transactions. She works closely with the title company, lenders, inspectors, buyers, sellers and other agents to make sure the details are addressed. She coordinates inspections, monitors deadlines and uses her knowledge, experience, and understanding of the real estate process to see each sale to conclusion. Married to husband, Craig with two children, Jessica and Reid. Julie enjoys her children & grandchildren (Dallas and Lia), playing tennis and reading a good book.

Addie Bryan
Realtor® / Listing and Marketing Coordinator

Addie Bryan is a third generation Bryan to work in real estate. She works with her father, Gary Bryan, and her Aunt Julie as The Bryan Team. Addie is a graduate of Sentinel High School and attended the University of Montana for 4 years. She is a licensed sales associate since 2014 and earned the Accredited Buyers Designation from the National Association of Realtors. Addie manages the advertising & marketing for her team as well as their listings. She is adept at social media, targeted advertising and its place in today's fast paced market. Addie has been professionally trained in photography software and is responsible for property photos & 3D virtual tours. Addie works hard for her team to provide quality marketing material for each listing. Addie's favorite part of real estate is helping buyers find their special place to call home. Married to home inspector husband, Gerhardt. They have two sons, Henrik & Kaius and two rescue dogs. Addie enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, rafting and hiking as well as a good book.
