Cynthia has been a prime force in Missoula real estate since 1971.  She’s an expert in the relocation market, understands transferee’s individual needs, and prides herself in always being available to her clients.  Nobody is better at putting a transaction together than Cynthia, so that is where she devotes her energy. She is actively involved in the community, and serves on many Boards, including past President of Rotary and the Missoula County Association of Realtors.  In 2000, Cynthia earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. She has been widely recognized throughout her career,  earning the Missoula Association of Realtors Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006.  However, people, not awards, are what motivate her.  The most important aspect of Cynthia’s life is her family.  Six of her eight grandchildren live in Missoula, and Cynthia, along with her husband Charles, enjoy being involved in their lives and attending their activities.  Her dedication to work and family, as well as her commitment to community involvement make her one of the most sought after agents in the Missoula area.

 Gary received the “Rookie of the Year” award for 1995 and “Salesperson of the Year” for 1999 and 2002 from the Missoula County Association of Realtors.  With over 20 years experience in service oriented sales, Gary learned the real estate business from a real pro, his mother Cynthia.  Now a real estate specialist in his own right, Gary has earned the respect of clients and other industry professionals alike.  Gary specializes in development, new construction, and relocation.  He recently became a member of the Board of Directors for First Interstate Bank, which provides him with first hand knowledge of the banking industry.  After living in Missoula for over forty years, Gary knows the Missoula market!

Julie brings The Bryan Team more than 20 years of sales experience and marketing with her mother, Cynthia.  She is a graduate of Hellgate High School and the University of Montana with a Bachelors degree in Business Management.  Julie continues to be involved in the community, particularly with her two children.  She enjoys volunteering at their schools, as well as attending all of their activities.   For the past six years Julie has applied her sales knowledge and expertise to property pricing analysis for the team.  Her detailed market analysis is essential to your successful sale.  Julie has also recently taken over the job of Closing Coordinator.  She has knowledge, experience, and understanding to the real estate process from the market analysis and listing,  to the closing.  So whether you’re buying or selling, she looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

Sarah Munson

Sarah has lived in Missoula for twelve years.  She is new to our team and eager to assist our clients in every way.  She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but her passion for hiking brought her out west and she has never left.  She graduated from the University of Montana, College of Technology with Culinary Arts and a Food Service Management degree in 2001.  Sarah has been a manager at the Mustard Seed for over 6 years and enjoyed every minute of the fast paced environment.  She decided after 6 years though, it was time for a change.  That change landed her here.  Her sales experience in the food industry and her love of people make her perfect for her new position with our team. She looks forward to serving you as the Marketing and Listing Coordinator for the Bryan Team.
